Shipping Policy

What You Need to Know

At Melanin Queenz HC we strive to not only provide quality products but for you to have a quality buying experience. Therefore we aim to process and ship all orders within 72 hours. Based on this we estimate deliveries to be within a 4-6 working day window beyond this point for deliveries in the UK. For deliveries outside of the UK, delivery time can be up-to 10 working days. 

However, in the event that these timeframes are not adhered to, we will try our best to promptly contact you if an email address is available to enable us to do so.

The Flexi shipping cost start from £4.99 (depending on the weight of your order), with the shipping method being Royal Mail.  

Please note if you have ordered multiple items we will always try to package items together.  However, there maybe times when this is unavoidable for example for orders which contain stationary products as these are supplied via print on demand services.

Cancellation

With regards to cancellations once an order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel it, once this timeframe has lapsed you will be unable to cancel your order due to it being within the processing stages.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns and exchange on earrings for hygiene reasons except for cases where they are damaged on receipt.

For returns and refunds on other items, please send the items back to us (Requesting return address via email) and we will offer you a refund for items bought. Shipping on returned items is covered by the buyer.
